So I took it to the store in Kelso and within 15-20 minutes the two store assistants Kylie and Tracey had solved my problem and had me on my way. What a shame other stores don't have employees who also give great after sales service like Kylie and Tracey did. They made me feel welcome and nothing was too much for them to help me, and with a smile on their faces. Thanks girls you are both legends......Cheers Bill
